## Narrative

Employee was installing rock bolts thru the wire mesh in the 1690 heading. A small rock fell thru the 4"" opening in the wire and struck him on the left outer forearm, resulting in approximately a 1 1/2"" cut that required 3 staples to close. He was treated by the EMT on duty and released to return to work.
