Narrative EE WAS INJECTING CEMENT INTO ROOF SUPPORT BAG. THE BAG SPLIT AT SEAM, CAUSING CEMENT TO SPLASH ON EE'S LEFT SIDE FROM HEAD TO KNEES. EE GOT CEMENT IN LEFT EAR AND SLIGHT POWER BURN OF LEFT SHOULDER.
