## Narrative

While standing on a ladder in a crosscut from #2 to #3 entry at 77+30 in 18-8 North miner section, he was attempting to lower the miner cable and water line out of orange hooks when he felt pain in his right abdomen area. He came to work 5/25 and worked 6 hours then came out of the mine and went to the hospital to find that he had a hernia on his right side.
