Allegedly, ee fell striking left knee and left hand. on 3-7-05, ee came to office complaining of swelling and pain in right knee. ordered examination for 3-8-05. ee to undergo therapy and placed on restrictions. rx issued for swelling. case is currently under review but data will not be available until after 10 day reporting restriction.
