## Narrative

Employee & co-worker were setting up a sheet of 1/4"" x 4' x 8' steel plate.  As EE was setting the plate on the horses, the plate fell.  Co-worker was pushed away, employee was struck on the hand by the plate & received lacerations to two fingers.  He received several stitches.
