An unintentional roof fall was discovered by mine rescue teams at approximately 11:28am in the #1 entry on Grassy Creek Mains starting approx 120ft inby survey station # 15977 and extending inby to survey station 3 16519, size of fall is approx 20ft wide x 920ft long x height unknown. No injuries or equipment was involved. This fall will not be cleaned up.
