An unintentional roof fall was discovered by mine rescue teams at approximately 12:46am on Grassy Creek Mains at survey station # 15795, size of fall is approximately 20ft. wide x 40ft. long x height unknown. No injuries or equipment was involved. This fall will not be cleaned up.
