An unintentional roof fall was discovered by mine rescue teams, on Grassy Creek Mains at survey station # 19835 and extending inby to survey station # 15773 size of fall approximately 20ft. wide x 170ft. long x height unknown. No injuries or equipment involved. This fall will not be cleaned up.
