An unintentional roof fall was discovered by mine rescue teams at approximately 9:30am at break # 37 on 3 East Mains approximately 120ft. inby survey station # 20175, size of fall is approximately 20ft. wide x 40ft. long x height unknown. No injuries or equipment was involved. This fall will not be cleaned up.
