## Narrative

Injured employee was changing bits on a cont miner. He removed the glove from his right hand to get a better grip on his hammer. When he struck the removal tool a piece of steel ""shot"" off the removal tool and struck him in his right hand, causing the steel to become embedded between his knuckles.
