Employee was walking through the mill room to start his shift. He slipped on a piece of cardboard. He did not go to the work comp doctor until 05/12/2005. Note: Employee was put on light duty status as of fax received 06/07/2005 from Orthopedic Center of the Rockies. Diagnosis is a meniscus tear of right knee
