Narrative

Miner was installing a 3/8"" metal plate on the bottom of a drag conveyor. The injured was using an aligning bar to put bolts in the bottom. He was laying on his side & moving the bar when he felt a burn. It was not reported that day to a foreman or supervisor. The next day he came in & complained about the pain.
