Narrative

A roof fall occured in entry 4-5 of the 2nd MNE at survey station 13 & 30. The fall measured 30' long by 18.75' wide by 8' thick. The area had been supported with 6' fully grouted resin bolts and 9' double locks. The approaches have been timbered.
