An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia North Portal at the 6865' mark of the tailgate entry of the 12W longwall. The fall was approximately 20' long, approximately 18' wide and approximately 20' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation. The fall will not be cleaned up.
