EMPLOYEE WENT TO REWIRE ELECRIC BOX. HAD METER TO CHECK VOLTAGE. HAD ALLEN WRENCH IN HIS HAND. EMPOLYEE DROPPED METER AND ALLEN WRENCH HIT HOT WIRE CAUSING BOX TO BLOW UP. (POWER WAS OFF)
