An unintentional roof fall occurred on the A Mains #1 Belt, 25 Block, Station 225, #4 Entry.  The fall measured approximately 10'L X 6'H X 8'W.  The area was developed 12/97.  The area had been previously supported with 6' torque tension roof bolts.
