Narrative

EE was hosing down with a dilute caustic solution. EE felt an itching sensation in his right foot. EE did not report the incident to his supervisor until 6/03. EE went home and discovered that he had a small chemical burn area in his right foot. The affected area became infected due to a lack of prompt medical treatment and poor personal hygiene.
