Employee did not tell employer and tried to cover this via a chiropractor under his health insurance] Employee alleges that he was taking a short cut to his haul truck and while trying to vault over some rail cars, slipped and contused his tail bone. It was found out just this week that he actually has a hairline fracture of the coccyx region.
