## Narrative

EE was tapping on dust collector pipes with rubber mallet to see if they were plugged. While tapping on a pipe, cement dust that was built up on a pipe dislodged & fell on top of his hard hat. Most of the dust was deflected by his hard hat & safety glasses, but a small particle got behind his glasses & lodged in his right eye causing irritation & redness.
