Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS BOLTING WITH A JACKLEG DRILL. WHEN HE PULLED THE MACHINE OUT OF A HOLE IN THE BACK, HE LOST CONTROL AND FELL AGAINST THE RIB, HITTING HIS ELBOW. THIS CAUSED A LACERATION REQUIRING 3 SUTURES.
