## Narrative

Main plant 4 spout packer. Removing empty bags from pallet and stacking them next to packer station getting ready to operate packer.  Employee was bending over to lay bags down and suddenly experienced a sharp pain in his back.  Employee was diagnosed with lumbar strain and prescribed pain medication and an anti-inflammatory.
