Narrative

EMPLOYEE WAS STANDING ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE BOLTER FROM THE OPERATOR. AS HE WAS PLACING GLUE IN THE TRAYS THE OPERATOR BACKED THE PINNER UP, RUNNING OVER HIS RT. FOOT. THIS CAUSED A SMALL HAIRLINE FRACTURE TO HIS BIG TOE. HE HAS NOT MISSED ANY WORK.
