EE WAS TRYING TO DISLODGE ROCKS AT TUNNEL FEED WITH PRY BAR. WHILE USING FORCE ON BAR, HIS FINGER SLIPPED AND BECAME CAUGHT BETWEEN BAR AND METAL RAIL.
