## Narrative

Employee was cleaning a chute with a 14'X2"" piece of flatstock steel when the steel became stuck in the chute. The employee tugged on the steel, freeing it up. When the steel was finally pulled out, it struck the employees forehead. The laceration required 8 stitches.
