## Narrative

EE was shoveling spilt coal in the R.O.M. & feeder tunnels for approximately 1.5 hrs. He felt weak, dizzy & nauseated. Sat & cooled off & felt better. Finished his shift & reported the next day. At the end of shift on the way home felt the symptoms again. Called family doctor & was sent to the hospital. Admitted for heat exhaustion.
