Narrative

Employee was working in the 6-5430 Sill, operating a 4 yard 006 scoop tram. The scoop tram began to overheat. The employee proceeded to an intersection. At some point he began to cool the unit down with water. The radiator cap blew off, dispencing hot antifreeze.
