EMPLOYEE STEPPED OFF THE MAC 8 AND SAID HE EXPERIENCVED A PAIN IN HIS RIGHT KNEE AND COULD NOT BEND IT WITHOUT INCREASING THE PAIN. THE AREA WAS CLEAN AND DRY WITH MINE AROUND 60"" TO 64"" HIGH
