THE EMPLOYEE WAS STEPPING OUT OF THE WATER TRUCK TO FILL UP THE TANK. AS HE WAS STEPPING OFF THE BOTTOM STEP, HIS FOOT SLIPPED AND HE FELL TO THE GROUND.
