An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Millenium Portal at the Main West Entry #5, 4692 W at crosscut 36. The fall was approx 35 ft long, approx 18 ft wide and approx 16-17 ft thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of men. The fall will not be cleaned up.
