Narrative

Employee unplugged a screen feed sock then stepped back and fell into a hole in decking. He caught himself with left arm and subsequently felt pain and discomfort afterwards. No MRI was done. It is believed to be a muscle pull in the triceps and back of elbow. Eight days of work missed thus far.
