## Narrative

Employee was building a scaffold on the dock.  He was sliding a 16' board when a splinter went through his glove and into his right index finger.  When he removed his glove, the splinter broke.  He was taken to medical for treatment then sent to a doctor to have the embedded splinter removed.  Following treatment, he returned to full duty.
