Narrative

EE was raking ash from lime kiln firing hood. There was a pulse of air which blew lime dust into his face shield. He stated that some material got in his eyes. He washed eyes out for several days but had irritation which required med. attention. He was treated for corneal abrasion 7-12 & returned to duty same day w/restrictions. Had followup visit on 7-15 & returned to full duty.
