## Narrative

A John Deere tractor with an attached cable shoe was being utilized to move trail cable. An employee was walking near the cable placing marker cones. A cable splice hung in the shoe causing the cable to whip over and knock the feet out from under employee. He fell on his right hand fracturing his right wrist.
