## Narrative

Injured employee was unplugging chutes in #2 wash plant using a 3/4"" by 60"" round stock.  The chutes were shoulder height or slightly higher and while hitting chute, employee used force to dislodge material and injured right shoulder.  (Torn rotator cuff; surgery performed 7/14/05.)
