Employee alleges that after moving cable at the 146 shovel he later felt a pain in his lower back but did not report to employer. Worked regular job until 06/07/05 then called in sick x4 days. Returned to light duty on 06/14/05. We became aware that this was possibly work related on 07/11/05. We are investigating this alleged event.
