Employee was tramming a shuttle car in the #7 entry on the #1 unit, heading in the direction of the continuous miner, when the shuttle car trammed over a piece of rock in the roadway causing him to strike his head on the cars canopy. This resulted in the employee sustaining a strain/sprain injury to his neck.
