An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Millennium Portal on the 7North Headgate Entry #2, Crosscut 44L, at 2381 North. The fall was approximately 39-40 feet long, approximately 18 feet wide and approximately 12-15 feet thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of employees. The fall will be cleaned up.
