Narrative

Local volunteer fire department responded for coal silo fire. One of the fire department personnel was on top of silo working to extinguish fire. Another person removed a tube from dust collector so more water could be run into silo. Tube was removed, smoke and fumes engulfed the individual. Personnel had breathing apparatus, but was not being worn. Fire damage to silo.
