EE WAS WEARING LEATHER BOOTS, WORKING IN WATER THAT WAS ANKLE DEEP. EE COMPLAINED OF PAIN IN HIS LEFT FOOT; LEFT GREAT TOE BECAME INFECTED. ACCIDENT REPORTED 7/26/05.
