A roof fall was discovered measuring 25'wide x 70'long x 0-14'high in the #3 entry, 2 crosscuts outby spad #586 on Lick Fork Mains section, approx. 7,500' off the working section. No equip. was involved, no ventilation was disturbed, no injury occured & the fall will not be cleaned up.
