An unintentional roof fall was discovered at C-main, entry 6, sta 10461. Length 80', width 20', height 8'. Roof support 5' resin. This abandoned section is to be rehabilitated for production. 8 falls were discovered on 7-29-05, which are being reported, that will be cleaned up.
