An unintentional roof fall was discovered on C-mains section, sta # 10416, #5 entry length 40', width 20', height 6'. Roof support 5' resin. This abandoned section is to be rehabilitated for production. 8 falls were discovered on 7-29-05, which are being reported, that will be cleaned up.
