An unintentional roof fall was discovered on C-Mains, entry #5, Sta 10068. Length 20'; width 20'; height 6'. Roof support j 5' resin. This abandonded section is being rehabilitated for production. 8 fall were discovered on 7/29/05, which are being reported, that will need cleaned up.
