An unintentional roof fall was discovered on C-Mains, #5 entry, sta 10066. Length 30'; width 20'; height 6'. Roof support 5' resin. NOTE: This abandonded section is to be rehabilitated for production. 8 falls were discovered on 7/29/05, which are being reported, that will be cleaned up.
