Narrative

Employee had finished his shift and was walking to his truck to go home. As he walked around his truck to get in it , he slipped/tripped and fell to the ground striking his hand on the truck. The accident happened on 7/26/05 at 1:15 AM, but this system would not let me put it in that way.
