An unintentional roof fall occurred at the millennium Portal at 5 N. Longwall Tailgate/4 N. headgare crosscut #4 at 1937 South, between entry #1 and enter #2. the fall was approx. 75-80' long, approx. 18' wide and approx. 12-15' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of men. The fall will be cleaned up. Fall #22PP.
