An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia North Portal on the #3 belt between crosscut 88 and 89. #3 entry 7425. The fall was approx 95 ft long, 18 ft wide and approx 12 or more ft thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of men. The fall will be cleaned up.
