## Narrative

LOST TIME ACCIDENT.  Main E Unit - Employee was trying to untangle miner cable. As employee was bent over, he stepped backwards while standing up. There was a rock on the ground and his foot (back of heel) caught rock; he fell down backwards. Contusion and swelling to left lower leg. Started missing 08/09/05.
