Employee was rearranging a steel I-beam on a flatbed utility vehicle and felt pain in right elbow. Initial treatment was first-aid. On 8/8/05 he missed work for continued pain. On 8/11/05 the company was notified that the employee was diagnosed on 8/10/05 with a torn bicep. It is related to the injury of 7/13/05.
