Narrative

Employee was checking the flow on Silo A when he opened the cap on the clean-out port after having put air in the system. Once the cap was off, the air blew Synthetic Gypsum onto him. Employee sustained first degree chemical burns to his armpits, back, legs, stomach, & buttocks.
